The Story
Behind The Stage.
Fifteen years at the intersection of technology, finance and human conviction — building ventures, backing founders, and speaking to the rooms where the next decade is being decided.

Backing bold ideas. Empowering entrepreneurs.
Alessio works at the intersection of technology, finance and human potential — investing in early-stage founders, advising organizations through transformation, and speaking on the global stages where the next decade is being designed.
His perspective bridges cybersecurity, AI, Web3 and innovative finance with a single question: what does it really take to lead in the AI era?
Alessio Vinassa began his career in cybersecurity at a time when the industry was still building its vocabulary. He grew through the complexity, developing an operator's instinct for where risk concentrates and where real value is created. That early grounding shaped everything that followed — the investments, the ventures, the frameworks he teaches today.
Over fifteen years, he moved across disciplines that most leaders treat as separate: cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, Web3, and innovative finance. He invested early in founders others found too ambitious. He built organisations through high-growth phases and through periods of collapse and rebuilding. He developed a practitioner's fluency in what actually drives sustained performance — not motivation, but systems, clarity, and the ability to lead under pressure.
Today, Alessio works with founders and executives who are ready to close the gap between the company they have and the one they are meant to build. He speaks on the global stages where the next generation of leaders is being shaped — and he is completing his first book, No One Is Coming: The Mental Operating System for Leaders Under Pressure.

Leadership is built before the crisis — not during it.
The gap between strategy and results is always a systems problem.
Conviction that is tested by pressure is the only kind worth having.
